Renewal of the Interlocal Contract between Bishop CISD and the City of Bishop Relating to School Resource Officers and discuss overdue payments due to the City of Bishop. 13. Review and possible adjustment of City Employee salaries, wages and positions. 14. Proposal for Law Enforcement and City Employees Cerificemtion/Assignment and longevity pay for all employees. 15. Proposal to amend City of Bishop Personnel Manual to allow for paid Mental Health Leave and other special provisions and amendments to leave and vacation policy for law enforcement, City Employees and Public Safety Personnel. 16. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council may adjourn into a closed session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Opens Meeting Act to consult with the City Attorney and pursuant to Section 551.074 to deliberate on personnel matters; Following the closed session, the Council will reconvene into open session. 20. Proposed increase to Chief of Police Salary and related budget amendments. 21. Adjournment.
