Agenda Title: Closure of Yreka Greenway for Vegetation Removal and Fire Danger Safety. Recommended City Council Action: No. Action. Discussion and Direction to City of Yreka Staff and the City Attorney to draft the needed documentation for a closure of the Yreka Creek Greenway to abate vegetation to mitigate fire danger to the City of Yreka. No public comment was received. Council directed the city manager and city attorney to work together regarding the legalities of closing the Yreka Greenway. Item will be brought back to council at either the end of February / beginning of March for further discussion and after further research on the closure has been conducted. 11. CITY MANAGERISTAFF REPORTS: City Manager. Jason Ledbetter gave an update. 12. MAYOR/COUNCILMEMBERS REPORTS, STATEMENTS AND REQUESTS: AB. 1234' Conference and Meeting Report (verbal, if fany) *(In accordance with AB 1234, Councilmembers shall make a brief report or file a written report on any metinglevemlonference attended at City expense.) Councilmember Davis gave an update. Councilmember Baker gave an update and requested two action items be added to the agenda. Approval of the agenda and roll call. Councilmember McCoy gave an update and requested that the design of Ringe Pool be added to the February 4th agenda and that Councilmember absences be added to the agenda at a later date for further discussion. Councilmember further requested that the city attorney give bi-monthly reports on who's he met with and the nature of said meetings. Lastly, Councilmember McCoy requested that the City Manager look into electric chargers for electric cars being added to the public parking lots that are currenity located on W. Miner Street. 13.
