EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council will adjourn into a closed session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Opens Meeting Act to consult with the City Attorney and pursuant to Section 551.074 to deliberate on personnel matters; Following the closed session, the Council will reconvene into open session. 20. Adjournment.
