The proposed Pampa Energy Center Reinvestment Zone No. 2 consists of property entirely owned by the Pampa Energy Center LLC in the following sections: Sections 131, 132, 133, 153, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 177, 178, and 179, block 3, I&GN RR CO.
