(7) Discuss and approve the Grant Award from the Valley Baptist Legacy Foundation, Save a Fire Fighter, Save a Community in the amount of $138,716.00. (8) Discuss and approve a budget for the Save a Fire Fighter, Save a Community grant, within the operating Fire Department budget, to monitor revenue and expenditures in the amount of $138,716.00. (9) To approve payment to CYTECH Heating & Cooling, to fix three A/C units in the Fire Department. The total amount is $2,116.45. (10) Discuss and approve to amend the Employee Travel Policy Mileage Reimbursement Section (e) from $0.55 to $0.70 as per U.S. General Service Administration (GSA). See attachment. (11) Approve Pay Application #4 to Go Underground in the amount of $52,070.10, payable from the Downtown Revitalization, contingent upon monies reçeived from TDA (Texas Department of Agriculture).
