The free installation will take place on Saturday, March 8th. Call 830-257-4677 to schedule an appointment. 2) VISITORS/ CITIZENS FORUM: A member of the public may address City Council regarding any item on this agenda. Comments must be relevant to the agenda item. This is not intended to be a question and answer session. Prior to speaking, each speaker must fill out the speaker request form and submit it to the City Secretary before the meeting is called to order. Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. 3) CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed below within the consent agenda are considered to be routine by City Council and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless the mayor or councilmember SO requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence. a) Resolution No. 01-2025. A Resolution ordering that a General Election be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 for the election of three aldermen; providing details relating to the holding of such election; authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Ingram Independent School District for the holding of a joint election between the two entities; and providing other matters related to the subject. (Claud Jordan, Mayor) b) City Council meeting minutes December 16, 2024. c) City Council special-called meeting minutes January 6, 2025. 4) CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: a) Sanitary Sewer Easement between Terry Rosinbaum and the City of Ingram, executed in February 2008. Mr. Rosinbaum states that the City hasn't upheld the agreement regarding maintenance, repairs, etc. at 108 Derringer Street. (Terry Rosinbaum) b) The City has CDARS (Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service) maturing on January 23, 2025 in the amount of $209,613.01. The deadline for a decision is 10:00AM on Wednesday, January 22nd. Otherwise, funds will be automatically wired out using the wire instructions on file. i) Roll the Principal and Interest into a new CDARS at the rates below. ii) Roll just the Principal and have the Interest wired back to the City. iii) Have the funds wired back to the City. iv) Add to the existing principal and fund a new CDARS order.
