Executive Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 551.074, (Personnel Matter) to consider the appointment of David Dodd as Interim City Attorney. 6. Executive Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 551.074, (Personnel Matter) to consider hiring Kayla Sartor as Patrol Officer with the Hawkins Police Department. 7. Discuss and vote on the appointment of David Dodd as Interim City Attorney. 8. Discuss and vote to hire Kayla Sartor as Patrol Officer for the Hawkins Police Department. 9. Citizens Comments. "Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.007, members of the public may speak on an agenda item during the public communication section of the meeting or at the time the agenda item is called for discussion by the mayor. Speakers shall be given three (3) minutes to speak. A speaker needing a translator and/or interpreter may be given six (6) minutes to speak.
