Approve the Minutes of the Regular Called Meeting held on January 30, 2025; and b. Accept, and approve for release, the Graham Police Department Racial Profiling Report for calendar year 2024. 9. Consider and act to direct the City Manager to affect the installation of speed bumps in the vicinity ofthe eastern intersection ofCherokee Loop and Hillcrest Drive based on ai request from Colby Kramer. 10. Consider and act to approve on FIRST AND FINAL READING, Ordinance No. 1191, amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 annual budget for municipal purposes and further, specifically waiving the requirement for three readings of said Ordinance. 11. Consider and act to approve and adopt Resolution No. 208 which authorizes the City Manager to publish a notice of sale of property by sealed bids in a newspaper of local circulation in Young County; with such property legally described as Original/Graham, Block 11, North 71.5 feet of Lots 3-4, City of Graham, Young County, Texas, bearing Young Central Appraisal District ID No. 14090, and further, providing requirements related to the offer for sale of same. 12. Sec. 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney Consultation with City Attorney regarding legal review of certain provisions related to contemplation ofa contract for Municipal Solid Waste Services; and Sec. 551.072 - Deliberations about Real Property - Deliberations regarding a proposed replat ofLake Lot No. 144, and Lake Lot No. 145, certain real property owned by the City and located in and around the shores of Lake Graham, Young County, Texas; and - Deliberations regarding an offer from Jimmy & Jonnie Wray to purchase Lake Lot No. 117R.
