Discuss short- and Iong-term plans to repair paved county roads in Brooks County, R Honorable Judge Eric Ramos mentioned that the only thing is, the County is looking into some material solution. At 9:27 AM Commissioner Gutierrez joined the meeting. Commissioner Cabrera suggested using this material and testing it and see what is needed and how it works out. It was discussed that the company for this material will come out and help direct how to lay this material. Discussion only, no action taken, 4. Discuss, Consider and Act on modifying the] Brooks County Landfill hours of operation. 3 Honorable Judge Eric Ramos informed the Court that there were two options: to go back to Tuesday- Saturday or Tuesday-Saturday (closed on Saturday, if there is a Holiday on Monday). Commissioner Cabrera suggested being open Monday-Friday since its cost effective. Motion: to change hours Tuesday-Saturday (except if there is a holiday on a Monday, will be closed off on Saturday) to become effective January 1st, Action: Approve, Moved by Martin "Marty" Cabrera, Commissioner Precinct #4, Seconded by Eduardo "Eddie" Garza, Commissioner Precinct #1.
