Discuss, consider and possible action on Fire Chief job description and posting for the position. 8. Discuss and accept Martha, David, and Bagby Lennox Foundation Year 2024 Grant in the amount of $110,000.00 to fund the Lennox Health Resource Center for January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. 9. Discuss, consider, and action on accepting Martha, David, and Bagby Lennox Foundation 2024 Grant for $50,000.00 to purchase a new backhoe for the Public Works Department. 10. Discuss, consider and possible action on Resolution 2025-001 A RESOLUTION REGARDING A FINANCE CONTRACT WITH GOVERNMENT CAPITAL CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROCURING A "BACKHOE LOADER" 11. Discuss, consider, and action on moving the regular scheduled meeting set for Tuesday, January 21st to Monday, January 20th. 12.
