Commissioners Court of Throckmorton County, Texas Sagfey Bales Agenda Clerk FILED FOR RECORD at BDoclockgm DEC,20 2024 OLwEL Nppu CLERK COURT THROCKMORTON, TX COMMISSIONERS COURT Regular Meeting Throckmorton County Commissioners' Court met in Regular Session on Tuesday the 23rd day of December, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., at 105 North Minter, Throckmorton, Texas, with the following members present: Casey Wells, Commissioner Pct. 1 Kasey Hibbitts, Commissioner Pct. 2 Greg Brockman, Commissioner Pct. 3 Klay Mitchell, Commissioner Pct. 4 Caleb Hodges, County Judge Dianna Moore, County Clerk Others present: Michelle Clark, Glen Whitfield, Bobby Thompson, Bryan Key, and Kirby Gober 1. Caleb Hodges called meeting to order at 9:00 A.M. and welcomed guest. Commissioner Brockman was absent. 2. Minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed. Kasey Hibbitts made the motion with Klay Mitchell seconding to approve the minutes. Motion carried 4-0. 3. Kirby Gober presented the Hospital bills and report to the court. He stated the board approved the bills in the amount of$197,350.94 and said it was a routine month and that the 2025 Budget is attached with the report and that it is close to the 2024 budget. Caleb Hodges made the motion with Klay Mitchell seconding to approve the report and pay the bills. Motion carried 4- 0. 4. Citizen's Comments: no comments were made. 5. No action. 6. Klay Mitchell made the motion with Kasey Hibbitts seconding to approve the insurance supplement for Precinct employee. Motion carried 4-0. 7. No action. 8. Caleb Hodges made the motion with Kasey Hibbitts seconding to approve the purchase of vehicle for Precinct 2. Motion carried 4-0. 9. Kasey Hibbitts made the motion with Casey Wells seconding to increase the mileage rate for 2025 to $.70. Motion carried 4-0. 10. Caleb Hodges made the motion with Kasey Hibbitts seconding to amend the use ofvacation time. Employees can carry over vacation time up to 40 hours and use by March 31st of the preceding year. Motion carried 4-0. 11. Elected Officials Report: Casey Wells stated that they are going to spread some dirt at the Nursing Home lot and Klay Mitchell stated that they would be hauling dirt soon. Dianna Moore stated that the awning at the Clerk's office has been completed and looks nice. 12. The bills were reviewed. Caleb Hodges made the motion with Klay Mitchell seconding to approve and pay the bills and to give Michelle Clark the authority to pay any bills that comes in before December 315t to pay out of this year's budget. Motion carried 4-0. 13. No Executive Session 14. Casey Wells made the motion and seconded by Kasey Hibbitts to adjourn at 9:35 a.m. Motion carried 4-0.
