Notices ofthe meeting place were posted on a site readily accessible to the general public at all times. They remained posted for at least seventy- two hours preceding the scheduled time ofthis meeting, in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The Hon. The contract is now closed. The equipment must be used for its original purpose for a minimum of five years after the CDBG-CV Program has been closed with HUD, which is estimated to be approximately November 2026, and the annual inventory report is initially due by December 31st of the year in which the contract is closed. The work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and all amendments, change orders and supplemental agreements thereto. 2.
