APPROVAL OF MINUTES MOTION: Chairperson Peter Helt motioned to approve the minutes from the July 15, 2024, Board of Appeals meeting. Patricia Washabaugh seconded the motion. Vote: All in favor, none opposed. APPROVAL OF FINDINGS AND DECISION CASE NO. MA-BOA-2024-02- - 1015 Ridge Avenue. = Wildwood Park, Section VII MOTION: Peter Helt motioned to approve the findings and decision with corrections. Wade Gallagher seconded the motion. Vote: All ini favor, none opposed. CASE NO. MA-BOA-2024-03 St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 609 Center Street- $112- 25C (2)-] Nursery School 1/C Child Care APPLICANT: LOCATION: CURRENT USE: PROPOSED USE: St. Andrew's1 Presbyterian Church 609 Center Street, Mount Airy, MD: 21771 Church/N Nursery School /Child Care Center CURRENT ZONING: R2-Low /N Medium Density Residential Church The applicant requested a Special Exception on June 28, 2024, for the project mentioned above under section $112-25C (2) General Standards and $112-62F (10) Specific Standards of the Town Code. On July 29, 2024, the Town Planning Commission gave a favorable recommendation to the Board of Appeals for the use only. Peter Helt motioned to approve CASE NO. MA-BOA-2024-03 - St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Nursery School / Child Care Center. Wade Gallagher seconded the motion.
