Suggestions were made for doing this newsletter in house by Jerry Duncan and only doing the newsletter twice per year. We could try contacting some oft the technical and/or high schools to see if any students would be interested in doing this. We currently have a company that was doing thisi for us; however, we did not have any articles from anyone to place into the latest newsletter and not enough ads to runi it.
