Consider an ordinance on second and third/final reading for a request to close a section ofHawkins Street, which is 40' wide and 320' long, between Second Street and Third Street, abutting the west side of Block 1 of the Ragsdale Addition, and between Block 1 of the Ragsdale addition and the northern portion of the Sweet Addition, for Howard Payne University. B. Consider a resolution designating the City'so official newspaper as the Brownwood Bulletin, and the City's alternate official newspaper as the Abilene Reporter News. C. Consider adopting a resolution awarding a contract for application and administration services for a 2025 Downtown Revitalization Program grant. 11. Agreements and Contracts A. Consider authorizing the City Manager to sign a contract with eHT to begin the B. Consider engaging Taylor Engineering for design work on Phase II Coggin Park design work for utility projects at a cost not to exceed $565,000.
