Judge Allen Amos spoke to Commissioners Court toi inform them that he has completed his 16 Continuing Education hours required by the State. He will get the certificate tol Mrs. Hallt toy present Troy Crosby with Veterans Services introduced himself ands spoke to Commissioners Court about what services are available for Veterans. He handed out a printout from Tom Green County and said that he will be working with Mrs. Hall to get the Concho County website updated with all of Public; See Exhibit' "A"; when thef following business was transacted, to-wit; WELCOME AND PUBLIC COMMENTS for the record. the available services. It will be brought to Mrs. Hall in the morning, to be included in the CONSIDERIDISCUSCUSSIAPPROVE CONSTABLE HALL PROCEDURES FOR THE ABATEMENT OF NEIGHBORHOOD NUISANCES PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 343, TEXAS Constable Hall presented to Commissioners Court the Procedures for the Abatement of Neighbornood Nuisances Pursuant to Chapter 343, Texas Health and Safety Code. Hej proposed tot the Court to appoint the County Constable as the Administrator tot the program. This will bei for him to proceed to enforce the Abatement in the County. The Commissioners discussed this and want the County Attorney, Mrs. Paul, tol look it over. Ifs she concedes, then it will be brought back CONSIDER/DISCUSS/APPROVE COUNTY ATTORNEY, GINGER PAUL, WESTLAW Commissioner Bradshaw made a motion to accept and approve of Mrs. Paul purchasing this program, as well as David Dillards signing on behalf of the Court, dulys seconded by Commissioner minutes. Motion carried CONSDERDSCUSAPPEOVE AGREEMENT TO HOUSE INMATES WITH RUNNELS Commissioner Dillard made a motion to accept and approve the Agreement to House Inmates with Runnels County, and for David Dillard signing on behalf of the Court, duly seconded by The court took a recess at 10:34 a.m. to read through the previous meetings' minutes and APPROPRIATE ACTION unanimously. APPROVE MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING Commissioner Dillard made a motion to approve the minutes from the December 30, 2024, Commissioners Court, as presented, duly seconded by Commissioner Gully. Motion carried RECEIVE COUNTYTREASURERS REPORT-TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION Mrs. Gierisch presented the Year-to-Date General Ledger Trial Balance report, ending on December 31, 2024, with a total of $8,742,515.08. She also presented the Summary of Operations - Expenditures and the Summary of Operations - Revenues reports. Mrs. Gierisch presented, for the record, the Quarterly Investment Report. Commissioner Gully made a motion to accept and approve the Treasurer's Report, as presented, duly seconded by Commissioner Miller. Motion carried unanimously. CONSIDERIAPPROVE ALL ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FOR CONCHO COUNTY - TAKE Mrs. Gierisch presented the monthly Accounts Payable Claim Register from December 31, 2024, through January 13, 2025, with at total of $306,031.74. Commissioner Gully made a motion to approve and pay all accounts due and owing! by Concho County, duly seconded by Commissioner REPORTS, INFORMATION. AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS- NO ACTION TO BE TAKEN Mrs. Gierisch presented the! Pledged Securities report from First National Bank, Wichita Falls, for Mrs. Gierisch stated they receipted in $498,663.77 from Concho Central Appraisal District on January 3rd, with the break-down being $412,042.86 to M&O, and $86,620.91 to SRB. See Mrs. Hall has a Certificate of Completion for Scott Spoonts, completing his CJIS Security and Mrs. Hall also reminded the Court that ther next meeting will be held att the Paint Rock Community Commissioner Gully wants to put ont the next agenda for them to discuss/take possible action on Sheriff Frazier advised the Commissioners that all of his new deputy units willl be arriving in the Sheriff Frazier presented to the Court his proposed pay scale for 2026. He is handing it out now for the Commissioners to looki into it and ask questions before budget time comes around. See Mrs. Hall asked ifwe are under contract for the County's IT.
