Public Hearing Agenda Items 1. Consider Zoning Variance I Specific Use Permit Application submitted by Steve and Tami Morgan, requesting that a Manufactured Mobile Home placed on their property in November 2022 be allowed to remain in its current location. The property location: 202 Fagan Ln and zoned as R2. Legal Description is 3.044 acres in the Daniel Morris Headright Survey, A-381, Bik/Tr 234 recorded in volume 6344 page 62 and Jennifer Fischer one of eight property owners within 2001 feet oft the subject property ini item 1 spoke regarding the stipulations and criteria that she was required to follow when applying for a Zoning Variance for her father. A letter from Diana Hardiman was received conçerning the Zoning Variance. Ms. Hardiman expressed that she had no issues with the Morgan's leaving their Mobile Home at the location of 202 Fagan Ln. 3. Determine recommendation to be made to City Council regarding Application described in Item 1. Board is not in favor of recommending the zoning variance as described. in Item 1. recording date 11/28/2012. 2. Hear any testimony from interested parties regarding the property in Item 1.
