Fort, Interim City Administrator Samantha Gibby, City Secretary Donna Raper. Jacob Roan,Jannie Stephens and Travis Potts voted Lori Honeycutt to act as Mayor Pro-Tem until Blake Cooper arrived. Meeting called to order by Lori Honeycutt at 5:31 pm EXECUTIVESESSION City Council went into executive session under 551.074 Personnel Matters Motion made by. Jacob Roan seconded by.
