Motion carried unanimously. 25.0121.057 Motion by Commissioner Watts and seconded by Commissioner Fincannon to realign salaries for Precinct 4 (Dept. 224) with position 2, 3,4 4and 61 having al bi-weekly maximum salary of$1,531.10 and position 5 having a bi-weekly maximum salary of$1,577.26 effective January 17, 2025. This is a budget neutral salary amendment. Motion carried unanimously. Received update on Courthouse Renovations and County Courthouse Annexes. Court went into closed session at 10:53a.m. for: Briefing and discussion with counsel from Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott L.L.P. regarding East Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Meeting closed pursuant to Texas Government Code, Sec. 551.071 (Consultation with Attomey). Court reconvened into open session at 1153: a.m. with no action taken.
