Jessamyn Randall Date Mon 2/3/2025713AM To cityclerk Good morning, Iwill not be able to attend tonight's meeting in person, but wanted to share my thoughts with the city council. I recently attended a local event about ranked choice voting (RCV) with RCVI Maryland and learned that Council Member Schaible has introduced a proposal for the city to adopt RCV.lam persuaded that this method of elections allows for a better representation of the will of the people. I hope the council will seriously consider moving forward with ranked choice voting for the city and set an example of meaningful participatory democracy.
