Hesham Diab, spoke on the Baldy View ROP 2024-2025 scholarships. Kinko Willingham, spoke regarding sidewalks in her neighborhood. Elijah Willingham, spoke regarding sidewalks in his neighborhood. Brad Neumann, spoke regarding his personnel grievance. Hagman's office announced upcoming events. CONSENT CALENDAR Assistant City Clerk Isbell announced that there was one written comment: Art Mar Citlali, in opposition to Item No. 5. FOR ON-CALL GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTING AND MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES FOR THE ONTARIO GRAND PARK The City Council authorized the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 7 to the Professional Services Agreement with Kleinfelder, Inc., of Ontario, California, to provide on-call geotechnical consulting and materials testing services for the Ontario Grand Park in the amount of $204,310 for a total not-to- 5. AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE AND REPAIRS OF MOBILE SURVEILLANCE SUPPORT AND UPGRADE amount not to exceed $243,229. exceed contract amount of $1,555,552.
