Keefer inquired about implementing a policy requiring third parties to have written permission to make tax claim payments, currently there is none in place. Commissioners advised consulting with Attorney Stein's office. Keefer talked to the Commissioners about the tax claim printer that is twenty years old and beginning to malfunction. Keefer further explained that she budgeted for a new printer for 2025 and has been working with Rick Grissinger, ITD Department to convert to the new: system. Commissioners suggested contacting the company that the printer was purchased from to see if a temporary one could be used until a new one is purchased or to check with neighboring counties about utilizing theirs. Jessica Sunderland and Marissa Welsh, FCFP (Fulton County Family Partnership) were listed on the agenda but were unable to meet. They were rescheduled for October 8, Commissioners met with. John Schriever, Sideling Hill Financial to have documents signed Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve signing the appropriate documents for the Krivak Trust Fund to add Commissioner Wible as a signatore. A request was made for $10,000.00 for the 2025 FY. Strait and Johnston provided financial statements. Tina Gress, Domestic Relations Director met with Commissioners to request permission fort the purchase oftwo new printers. The purchase will be made using TitlelV-Dincentive money. Gress noted that the state use to provide printers but do not anymore. Gress amount of $123,076.39.
