PUBLIC COMMENT- Cindy Mortimer shared that she had contacted the Bureau of Elections and learned that Shippingport Borough has four seats available for election this year. She clarified that anyone wishing to be placed on the ballot must pick up a petition at the courthouse. Additionally, she emphasized that candidates on thel ballot tend to have more support than write-in candidates. She encouraged everyone in the community to vote. A. However, he mentioned that on November 26th, there was an issue with the water test due to an incorrect analysis. He explained that the remote operation would include an autotimer and should be more cost-effective than Dennis also presented a quote to the council for the replacement of two electric solenoid valves. AND VANTAGE DATA CENTERS PRESENTATION BY REPRESENTATIVES FROM SHIPPINGPORT INDUSTRIAL Representatives: Anthony Basil, Project Manager, Frontier Anthony Basil provided a briefintroduction and gave an overview oft the rezoning inquiry, stating that their company intends to have recently acquired parcels rezoned from Anthony emphasized the significance of the rezoning, noting that thes site is unique, well- maintained, and suitable for repurposing for a variety of potential industries. He pointed out that the parcels in question have favorable topography and offer many possible uses. residential to industrial. He also asked whether the graveyard on the property would remain intact or ifit would present an issue, and what plans the company might have Anthony confirmed that only the newly acquired parcels are being considered for rezoning, not the entire property. He acknowledged the AI industry is growing and could be: a potential use for the new parcels but clarified that no final decision has been made. Anthony also stated that the gravesite belongs to the church and will not be disturbed in Richard Urick addressed the representative that word has spread that the company is currently doing demolition in town. He asked the representative if this is true and ifthe Anthony clarified that no demolition is occurring, but the company is handling abatement.
