Summary of voter turnout Director Smith reported there were 78 provisional ballots issued during Advance Voting and 74 provisional ballots issued during Election Day. She also said there were nine absentee ballots cured by the deadline. Director Smith stated there is one ballot from Election Night that did not get scanned and there were 20 UOCAVA ballots received by the deadline and 19 that need to be duplicated. She also said there are seven FWABS that will be accepted and counted and 7 FWABS that will be rejected because they did not submit an application by the October 25, 2024 deadline. B. Review of UOCAVA ballot(s) The Vote Review Panelists were sworn in and staff began duplicating A published revised agenda was distributed by staff. Review of provisional ballot(s) issued during in person voting Director Smith reported there were 14 Photo Identification Required (PI) provisional ballots. She stated seven voters had cured their ballots by submitting their ID by the November 8, 2024 deadline. Motion carried 3- Director Smith reported there were five OP provisional ballots for voters who are registered to vote at a different Forsyth County address than what was listed on their Voter Certficate/Change Form. Director Smith reported the next list of three Provsona-Regstraton (PR) voters cast a provisional ballot because they believed they should be registered to vote in Forsyth County but got credit for voting in the county in which they are currently registered to vote. Motion carried 3-0 Director Smith reported the next two voters left the polling location momentarily with their printed ballot. Both voters returned to the polling location with their ballots. One voter had a language barrier and the other was a first-time voter and did not realize they had to scan their provisional ballots.
