No action by the City Council shall be Staging will begin at the Blanco High School parking lot at 5:00 p.m. and the parade will start at 6:00 p.m. The parade route will include passing by Henry House, going around the square (Pecan Street, 3rd Street, and 4th Street sides of the Courthouse), and returning to thel high school.
