FINANCE REPORT Charles Barone, Phil Gilbert, Robert Hart, Joe Whipp Jeff Labesky Pamela Matve, Executive Director of the Warren County Landbank; Michael Lyon; Laurie Burdick; Commissioner Dan Glotz Jim Grosch The November 19, 2024 Minutes were unanimously approved by motion of Charles Barone and second Phil Gilbert reported that there are no changes to the Finance Report. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. (#64) - 1465 Route 62, Irvine, PA, Pleasant Township, Parcel #YV-932-9463 - Bradley Mason- previouslyowned by Lawrence Nuhfer & Stephen Smith)- declared blighted by BPRCon2/18/21 Pamela Matve reported that she sent Mr. Mason another letter by! both certified and regular mail. Neither the certified letter nor the first-class letter came back. Since the last letter to the owner inForestville was returned "not ablet tot forward". and "not at thata address,"s she located an address for Mr. Mason in Washington, D.C., so the letters were sent to that address. Robert Hart made a motion, with a second by Charles Barone, to table this item for another month. A vote was taken (#89) - 2016 Jackson Ave., Warren, PA, Glade Township, Parcel #WN-583-2574 - BSRE Holdings Pamela Matve reported that septic system installation is complete. They are waiting on the engineering inspection. They will seed and mulch in the spring. The electric is not hooked up, SO the system is noti functional yet. Ms. Matve read aloud the Analysis Report from Glade Township. Charles Barone made a motion, with a second by Robert Hart, to check with Glade Township to and all were ini favor; motion carried. LLC- declared blighted by BPRC on 8-17-23 2. see ift there is any reason whyi it can't be removed from the RDA's Agenda, and, ifso, the reason(s) whyi it can't be removed. A vote was taken and all were ini favor; motion carried. (#91) - 59 Grant St., Tidioute, PA, Tidioute Borough, Parcel #TD-271-825300 - James Struck & Pamela Matve: stated that she has not heard from the new owner: since last month, but they are working on it. Ms. Matve will call Mr. Miles to get a status report. Robert Hart made a motion, with a second by Charles Barone, to table this item for another month. A vote was taken and all 3.
