The office TCEQ approval letter was received by email on November 8th and was forwarded to the City. USDA RD Terri Chenoweth issued an email statement on November 9th to my office and the City apologizing for the delay in review of plans and specifications. Ms. Chenoweth stated that USDA RD's review should be completed by the end of November and she would contact the City and my office about closing instructions this week. 2.
