The Council reached a consensus to proceed with the larger planning area boundary, identified as Version 2 of the presentation, for the General Plan update process. 6:40 ITEM 13 - CONSIDER INTRODUCTION - ORD. 25-XX, AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 24-16 AMENDING SECTION 2.1.01 OF CHAPTER 2 OF TITLE 2 OF THE CLOVIS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO CITY COUNCIL MEETING DAY AND TIME Motion by Councimember Basgall, seconded by Councimember Ashbeck, that the item be continued to January 21, 2025, by staff. Motion carried by 4-0-1 vote; with Mayor ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 12, 2024. Mouanoutoua absent. CITY MANAGER COMMENTS - 6:41 City Manager Haussler provided Council with a list on council requests, reminded everyone of the map drawing workshop on Thursday, January 9, 2025, and congratulated Bethany Berube on her promotion to Deputy General Services Director and George Gonzalez on his promotion to City Planner.
