Ulsh to approve payroll dated May 6, 2022 in the amount of Commissioners met with Patti Hess, Election Director/CDBG Administrator, to discuss an agreement with the Fulton County Fairgrounds to reallocate funds that were initially allocated for fairgrounds accessibility upgrades. The reallocation in the amount of $2,800 will be used to reroute drainage water to fixt flooding issues. Hess also spoke to Commissioners' about a change order with Kee-Ta-Quay Construction to Application #1 in the amount of $18,768.07 for the McConnellsburg Curb Cuts Project and Application #2 for second payment in the amount of $33,063.76. $111,923.85. Julie Dovey, Fulton County Human Services Director/Executive Development Director and Cori Seilhamer, Mental Health Program Specialist for Franklin/Fulton MH/IDD/EI and representatives' from different affiliated agencies; Erin Hye, Bethany Peake, Lori Young, Alexandra Shatzer, Tiea! Sharer, and Genevieve Harper. Dovey and Seilhamer presented a Proclamation "Back to the Basics" for Mental Health Awareness Month for the month of May 2022. Motion by Commissioner Shives approving the Proclamation for Mental Health Month "Back to the Basics" from Franklin/Fulton Mental Health for the month of May 2022. Alli in favor. Commissioners' met with Dovey on two other separate matters to include, Human Services Block Grant and the county human services that she covers. Dovey recommended that the Commissioners' approve the reallocation of funding within the Human Services Block Grant for additional adult transportation supports at Fulton County Family Partnership. Dovey then discussed the different areas of human services that Fulton County provides to include Mental Health, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Early Intervention, Drug & Alcohol, Housing Supports, Tuscarora Managed Care Alliance and Human Services Block Grant. Dovey noted that the Mental Health Crisis is on the rise. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh approving reallocation within the Human Services Block Grant to Fulton County Family Partnership for additional adult transportation supports in the amount of $1,000. All Commissioners executed the 3rd quarter MATP (Medical Assistance Transportation Program) report Commissioners' met with CCA (Center for Community Action) to discuss programs and services. Services included Hi-Set Tutoring and Testing, Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN), Community Services Block Grant Projects, Technology Lending Library-CSBG Covid 19 and Scholarship Program-CSBG Covid 19.
