CITY OF RAGER REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Al Regular Meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Ranger, Texas, was held on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall, 400 West Main Street Ranger, Texas. Wayne White spoke regarding the airport. He stated it was his observation the agreement was unanimous and you can not change a document every time the wind changes. Mr. White stated Jared was forward looking and he disagrees with the executive sessions being held regarding the airport. 2. City Manager Gunstanson announced Larry Monroe had received the highest award in volunteerism from the White House. Ruben Zarate spoke regarding the award, and thanked Mr. Monroe for his time, hard work and Agenda Item 03: Announcements from City Council or Staff- 1. Commissioner Monroe announced the Ranger Veteran Support Group is taking toys, blankets, gloves, etc., as donations for CPS. 2. City Manager Gunstanson stated the RMA is partnering with the Ranger Fire Department to Fill the Boot on December 3rd for the annual toy drive that, benefits Ranger ISD. 4. City Manager Gunstanson announced open house would be held December 5th from 1lam- Agenda Item 04: Discuss/Consider: approval of the city council meeting minutes for the regular meeting on November 12, 2022.
