REPAIR AND RESTORATION DAMAGE TO EXISTING BRICK STREETS: The City, as well as all individuals, business entities, or public utility companies that shall remove or cause the removal of any existing brick streets or asphalt patches on brick streets located within the City, by this Ordinance, shall pay the costs of repairs and restoration of the brick street in accordance with the specifications as approved and adopted by the City Commission oft the Cityi identified int the City of Ranger Engineering Standards Manual and approved in writing by the Public Works Director of the City. The costs of the repair shall be the actual costs incurred by the City in making the repair or restoration as determined by the Public Works Director. SECTION 9. ENFORCEMENT 1. The applicant will be charged a nonrefundable fee, in accordance with the City of Ranger Fee Schedule, in order to submit an application for a permit.
