Vaughn: Dr. Dan McBride and Executive Director for the Humane Society, Paighton Corley, presented operational statistics and the current needs of the shelter to Council. Council Member Ricky Langley made a motion to approve and authorize financial assistance of up to $95,000 for the replacement of the septic system for the Hill Country Humane Society shelter.
