Motion carried unanimously. 25.0107.010 Motion made by Commissioner Beauchamp and seconded by Commissioner Fincannon authorize the County Judge to take following actions for copier and copier maintenance plan for the Historical Commission Office: Authorize the County Judge to write a 30-day notice of discontinuation of services to Hudson Imaging Systems for current contract running from 10/29/24-10/28.25. Authorize purchase ofai new copier at a cost of$1,350.00 tol be paid by Dept. 415 with line(s) determined byt the County Auditor with al budget transfer from Non-departmental Authorize the County Judge to sign addition ofr new copier to the County's current contract with Bechmark/Visual Edge IT.. Item amended in Court 25.0107.012 Motion made by Commissioner Beauchamp and seconded by Commissioner Fincannon to award the bids for primary, secondary, and tertiary Janitorial Supplies to Empire Paper Company, Mayfield Paper Company, or Wagner Supply. The lowest bid for each item will be awarded the primary contract, the second lowest the secondary, and the third lowest the tertiary. Int the event that only one bid is received from Empire Paper Company, Mayfield Paper Company, or Wagner Supply, the secondary bid will be awarded to Pollock Investments Inc., ifavailable.
