The first was for Municipal Building Handicap improvements in the amount of $187,275.00. The second was for Street Reconstruction in the amount of $418,746.00. J. HARTZELLIS. VOLPE TO APPROVE THE LSA RESOLUTIONS. MEMBERS VOTED APPROVAL, 7-0. 2. We need to approve the 2025 council meeting dates. PRESENTED. MEMBERS VOTED APPROVAL, 7-0 J. MARCOZIS. VOLPE TO APPROVE THE 2025 COUNCIL MEETING DATES AS 3. This is year 4 oft the 5-year rate increase for ALCOSAN. Effective January 1st of 2025 the wastewater treatment charge will increase $.78 for every 1000 gallons used and the quarterly flat customer service charge will increase by $1.64. 4. Pastor Reed donated a bunch of lights for the ENGINEER - B. BRANTHOOVER- Just to touch on the LSA grant. The street reconstruction is for Marguerite from Westinghouse to Clara, and Westinghouse from Ice Plant to Station. Then the separate application for the ADA handicap improvements. The 2023 GEDTF grant we were approved for was for $50,000 for inlet repairs. This was awarded to El Grande, and they should be starting mid-December. Ihave also contacted both Independent Enterprises and Peoples gas regarding the street openings. They have both responded and park. will be looking into the situation. COG -J. HARTZELL: no meeting yet, it is a dinner meeting scheduled for next Thursday. BOROUGH PROPERIESIVILIES -S. VOLPE: I was wondering about the park, do they work? Inoticed there are a lot of decorations that have fallen over, not sure ifi it was from the wind or the kids. K. Ini the new year we will owe a refund to McKeesport Rentals, the owner of the old Faller building, due to a reassessment that was done. It will be in the bills for. January in the approximate amount of $14,000.00. We have collected approximately 93% of our RECREATION - L. BARNES: we will be giving all the children stockings from Santa. There will be cookies and things for the kids to decorate. We still need someone to be Santa, we will be donating $100.00 to L.E BARNES/S. VOLPE TO TRANSFER $400.00 FOR RECREATION. We need to take 1201 tons. Dan Funk cleaned the area of debris and trimmed back some of the trees, but we may want to look at removing some of those, so this does not happen again. In7years, wel have repaired the roof at least 3 times just from tree damage. NEW BUSINESS: none MAYORS REMARKS: There were 15 kids from the school that came out to help decorate.
