Roll Call - The Council Members presenti included Mr. John Bertolino, Mr. Albert Dettorre, Mr. David. Janusek, Ms. Kaitlyn Sagely, and Mr. Robert Startari. Mr. Jeffrey Marshal, Board Member, and Mr. David Fairman, Public Works Manager, were not present. Others in attendance included Mayor Ronald Evanko, ChiefLouie! Sacco, Mr. Patrick Dougherty, Solicitor, Mr. Michael Meyer, Engineer, and Mrs.. Jody Poorbaugh, Borough Manager. 5. Additions to the Agenda - None 6. Resident & Taxpayer Public Comments -None 7. Borough Manager's Report: a. Was given to the Board for review. b. Walnut Hill paving completed d-They did an excellent job. C. The staff cleaned up S. Walnut Street at the Corner of Johnson Avenue near the reflective poles. d. Contract Negotiations are ongoing. e. Working on the 2025 Budget. Working on renewing Health Insurance and Liability Insurance for 2025. g. Continue working on the ARC grant for submission by December 9, 2024 h. Staff completed the hot patching for the year. Will be crack sealing for the next week. Leaf Collection to start inl November. k. Working with the police on codes issues. Adiscussion was held on a street sweeper. Should hear within the week if we received the LSA Grant for the purchase of a street sweeper. If the grant is not granted, the Borough willi investigate purchasing a used one. m. Financial Statement- - Cash on hand int the general fund after the bills have been paid is $164,739.55. The Highway Aid account has $106,566.71. b. Accounts Payables - Was presented ini the amount of $179,550.68.
