Grants: - - R Well Connected Communities -Waiting on the final snow this coming week before new tables & swings American Rescue Plan Act- We will be scheduling our budget planning meetings for the upcoming month, sO we will get a general idea of what we would like to see the funds used for. We have received Community Action Economic Development Strategic Plan Grant - Mayor has a meeting this week. This is for the strategic planning and development of our community. This is a 100% match grant, which the LED Lights - Still waiting on Parts, Mayor Reckart believes he will have to have one more meeting with Richie to finalize everything, but other than that, we are just waiting on the parts to come in. Union Street Bridge County Received the request for the bridge. They are sure they can help. Needto Fire Hydrant on Spring Street - County doesn't believe that it is sinking, but it has been cleaned out. Homecoming Pens - Final Draft has been completed and we will be purchasing the pens. Town Clerk Notary - Part of Beccie'ss supplies have been shipped and delivered. She is working diligently on her class that she must take to receive her license. This does not include the donation jars that are set up around town. These jars will be collected at the end of the week. The bench was $695.00, the town put forth $100.00, which made the funds needed $595.00. From what hasi been Update on Homecoming- - First Flyer has been posted; we have a copy of iti if you would like to view it. There will be another one Released with "Finalized" Vendors & more activities with June & July Newsletters. Current income & expense report is available. We will also be holding one more meeting for the Homecoming Committee. The date for this meeting is to be determined. *Thomas' Vose added that they plan to be there to distribute the Kitzmiller Coins during Homecoming. Broken Picnic Table at the School - There was a broken picnic table at the school, when maintenance tried to repair it, it completely fell apart.
