Public Comment- Bob Pinoti asked city to manage data on at thumb drive the Sewer 6. Proclamation- -A. This was Councitperson Anne Kel-Artinian's last meeting. Her first meeting was in 2017. The City owes Anne a debt of gratitude for her years of dedication to the City especially concerning the Park and other projects. City Attorney-nothing 10A Resolution No. 634 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AMADOR CITY ACCEPTING THE AMADOR CITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS (PROJECT 18-03-008) AS COMPLETED AND AUTHORIZING THE STAFF TO FILE THE NECESSARY CLOSEOUT DOCUMENTS WHEREAS, the Amador City Park Improvements project at 14531 E School Street in Amador City, CA awarded under Per Capita Grant Program administered under State of California, Natural Resources Agency Departments of Parks and Recreation, with Sole Source Agreement WHEREAS, the work for the Amador City Parks Improvement was completed timely and WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Amador City, County of Amador, State of California, has certified that all work was completed on 21 November 2024 in substantial compliance with NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor or her designee, is hereby authorized to file the Notice of Completion and any other necessary or required closeout documentation.
