Alex Musselman), the Supervisors approved Resolution 2024-07 to allow Frankstown Township toj join the Blair Region Code Administration Committee. Jordan Oldham, (2nd, Alex Musselman), the Supervisors voted to approve the Applicant's request for a waiver from SALDO Section 404.a and 602.1, granting relief from the requirement to set property corner monumentation for 11 of the 25 property pins associated with the perimeter of On a motion by Jordan Oldham, (2nd, Michael Childers), the Supervisors voted to approve the Applicant's request for a waiver from SALDO Section 509.q.2.c, granting relief from the requirement to provide fencing around stormwater management facilities. On a motion by Jordan Oldham, (2nd, Michael Childers), the Supervisors voted to approve the Applicant's request for a waiver from SALDO Section 403.c.6, 506(a), and 506(b), granting relief from the requirement to show 15-foot utility and drainage easements alongside lot lines. On a motion by Jordan Oldham, (2nd, Michael Childers), the Supervisors voted to approve the Township Secretary to sign Section E of the individual "Request for Planning Waiver & Non- Building Declaration" forms for Proposed Lot Nos. 2 and 3, when these are received inj proper form from the Applicant. By "proper form,", we mean in at form that addresses the language, conveyance and ownership clarifications, signatures, and other matters as outlined in Article III, Comment No. 2oft this letter.
