City Hall Update: Fire System - received 2 quotes to install the fire system in the new City Hall and Police Department. One from Secure Georgia for $12,128,75 and the 2nd from ADT for $21,775.00. Jones made motion to go with Secure Georgia, Villegas Signage Woodard made a motion to use Dublin Sign for the signage above the City Hall and Police Department, Jones 2nd, unanimously approved. i. Floyd stated that hel had got quotes for an electrician to run the electrical for the digital sign. One from Triple H (Eric Holland) for $3200 and the other from Expert Electric for $3495. Jones made a motion to accept the bid from Triple H, Brownley 2nd, unanimously Housekeeper - Woodard made a motion to advertise for the position with flexible hours, pay will be based on experience, needed during working hours and to clean the ESP bathrooms as needed, Villegas 2nd, unanimously 2nd, unanimously approved.
