They are from Greenline. Architecture with a bid of 14,000. Site visits if needed wpuld be $3,750 Croft with at bid of $55,844.00. M.E Sacks would like us to approve one ofthese and proceed with the project design. Mayor Lee wants Attorney Mr. Clark to look over the 2 proposals. Sidewalk_ City Manager Floyd told us that DOT will not let us epoxy the sidewalk. No painting or covering can be done unless iti is DOT approved., Jeff did puti it out for bids, but then DOT1 told us we can'to doi it. City Manager Floyd and the guys did pressure washed it 9. Parking lotr request forinformation-Ciyl Manager Floyd put out a RFI int the illegal organ for request of information, to pave the parking lot on the side of New City Hall and the parking lot of old City Hall. City Manager Floyd has talked to Hooks, and' Taylor n Sons, but no one: seems to be interested now. We can wait until we decide what to do with the old City Hall. Steve suggested that we put some grinding down where the employees park on anditl looks better. the side to help. 10. Robins has 4.71 for 71 months or 12 months. Wheeler County State Banks rate is/4.851 for 61 months. Thel bond and sinking fund, water & sewer saving account, general fupds saving account. Councitmember Bobby COX: made a motion to move: all of bond & inferest sinking fund $267,277.64 and all water & sewer savings account amount of $400,178.72 and$ 75,000 of the general funds savings account to cd's. for 61 months. 2nd 14. They must have it all out by June: 3rd and we willy pick them up. If there is any cost, we will use: the ARP funds to payf fori it. Symmer Reading Program--Mrs. Elaine Clark has proposed the letter for the donations fof the summer reading program at the' Wheeler CountyLibrary. Farmers market- Councilmember Brownley stated the Wheeler County Chamber is wanting to ask the city for use of the Old Hardware store for al Farmer's Market.
