The next step will actually be getting a bid on the proposed addition, SO that other pricing can be gathered. The project is still out in the future because it takes time to get everything together for it. Three bids for new sheep pens for the fairgrounds were presented. Working through lots of options for the Ferris Wheel lights. Discussion was held on options for the Friday night after rodeo entertainment. Sound equipment that would match the fairground's isa available as aj private sale for $1,500. The board agreed that the purchase could continue with an invoice for aj puchase order. 11:00 AM-J Jeff Cure County Attorney Meeting held at 8:30 AM. Reorg will need to have the Model Traffic Code updated. Jeff will check with the court, sheriff, and the possible additions for the county. 12:00 PM-Lunch The Board of County Commissioners recessed at 12:10 PM returning at 1:001 PM. Those present for the afternoon session were Dave Hornung, Cory Wall, Stan Hitchcock, Theresa Korbelik, and Susan Corliss. 1:00 PM-T Todd Holmes Mimecast Email Security A quote from SHI was presented for Mimecast Email Security which would help eliminate al lot of the spam email that is being received. It would also have a cyber security training that employees would have access to. This item will be presented as a purchase order in 2025. Greeley Lock & Key will be back on December 2nd to determine the problem with the new camera system.
