The Zoning Ordinance requires that 50% oft the front yard area ofal lot located ini the Single-Family district remain pervious. Furthermore, it stipulates that all pervious areas int the front yard must consist of natural vegetation or landscaped areas designed to receive rainwater and allow it toj pass through or be absorbed. The conceptual plan submitted by the applicant includesa circular driveway design, which would satisfy the minimum pervious area requirement through the use of pervious pavers and Blackstar gravel. However, the applicant requires a variance for this concept too qualify as an acceptable landscaped area.
