General Business Item #3 regarding receiving a report of money received and disbursed, debts due to and owed by the County, and all other proceedings int the Treasurer's Office for the month ending November. 30, 2024 was 24.1210.767 Motion made by Commissioner Watts and seconded by Commissioner Fincannon to authorize removed and willl bel heard on Friday, December 13, 2024. change of County's capital asset threshold policy to $10,000, effective January1,2025. Motion carried unanimously. General Business #5 regarding allocating remaining ARPA funds was heard next with no action taken. This item 24.1210.768 Motion made by Commissioner Fincannon and seconded by Commissioner Watts to authorize transfer ofinterest earned through. ARPA grant funds to the General Fund. The transfer of cash will be made following the end oft the grant and after the County has completed all compliance related requirements. will be heard again on December 17,2024. Received update on Courthouse Renovations and County Courthouse Annexes.
