Judge Elliott asked for proof of posting and the same was affirmed by Blizabeth Perez, County Clerk, on the north and south door and the second-floor bulletin board. 2. Public comments. No comments. 3. Elected official reports. Commissioner Wuebker stated that she has received lots of phone calls about the burn ban and when it will be lifted. Commissioner. Wuebker also stated that she talked tot the guy with the Cego Solar Farm, and they want to start the solar farm in January. She told him that they would have to come back to court to get the abatement approved again, because the 2-year period will expire December 2024. 4. Discussion andlor action concerning American Rescue Plan. Nothing on the American Rescue Plan currently. 5. Discussion and/or action concerning interlocal agreements with Limestone and McLennan County to house Commissioner Willberg made a motion to accept the addendum to the interlocal agreement with McLennan 6. Discussion and/or action concerning approval ofi invoice in the amount of $2.355.36 from McLennan County for Commissioner Green made: a motion, to approve the payment of $2,355.361 to McLennan County for the inmate inmates. Discussion and/or action concerning sheriff'si inventory and accounts- inventory needs to bet turned in by Friday, December 13". 3. Discussion and/or action concerning county investments. Judge Elliott stated the accounts have been taken care of by Georgia Patterson, County Auditor, and the Sheryl! Pringle, County Treasurer, recommended renewing 2 excess sales tax CD's, purchasing a new CD for the Commissioner Green made a motion to go forward with the County Treasurers recommendations for the CD's. pilot payment, and placing I CD for American rescue in the mutual funds with Ameriprise. Commissioner Willberg seconded; motion carried. 9. Discussion and/or action conceming approval of TWDB Grant - Project #40002-Outlay9. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the payment OfTWDB Grant - Project #40002 - Outlay 9. 10. Discussion and/or action concerning agreement for reimbursement for Mental Health Counseling Services. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the reimbursement for Mental Health Counseling Services. Commissioner Willberg seconded; motion carried. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 11. Discussion and/or action concerning Rodeo Springs Addition plat. must provide an engineering report proving they can get water. 12. Discussion and/or action concerning. Bahia Pipeline. LLC road use agreement. Judge Elliott stated that we have not received anything yet for the Rodeo Addition plat.
