Mr. Larry Slattery from the Department of Public Works is requesting approval for specialty technical staffing services for water and wastewater positions for public utilities, who possess the required knowledge, experience, The Department of Public Works recommends award in the amount not to exceed $200,000.00 per year to Operational Technical Services of Los Angeles, California in accordance with Section 41-25 of the Harford County certifications, and licensing neededi to perform highly technical duties. Advanced Level 1 Public Order Operator Equipment packages to outfit the Sheriffs Office Mobile Field Force Team. The packages include helmets, gloves, multiple guards/protectors, belts, shields, and boots. Captain Jenkins presented Solicitation No. 25-290; Motorola Purchase; Piggyback- Sourcewell Cooperative Captain Johnathan Jenkins from the Harford County Sheriffs Office stated that this proposal is for the purchase of seventy-five (75) Motorola Model XPR3550 handheld radios and one (1) XPR5700 Repeater. Ms. Thomson presented Solicitation No. 25-291; APS Firehouse Alerting System Riverside Station; Single Source. Ms. Melissa Thomson from the Department of Public Works is requesting approval for the purchase of the APS Firehouse Alerting System for the new Riverside Station- Abingdon Fire Company. The system will alert Fire and EMS crews ofi incoming calls for service. The alerting system is used throughout Harford County at various Fire/EMS stations, as they are all connected. 2 The Department of Public' Works recommends award int the amount of $76,125.00 to Automated Protection Systems, Incorporated ofV Westminster, Maryland in accordance with Section 41-25 oft the Harford County Code. Mr. Fleming presented Solicitation No. 25-286 on behalf of Tiffany Fitzpatrick; One (1) Ford F-350 Utility Body with a Mr. Leroy Fleming from the Department of Procurement, Fleet Management, stated that this proposal is for the purchase of one (1) Ford F-350 Utility Body truck with a crane. The crane truck will be used for the removal, repair, and reinstallation ofp pumps, motors, and valves. The crane truck will allow repairs located in vaults, basements, and basins, and help to maintain twelve (12) tanks, fifteen (15) booster stations, five (5) operations-maintained The Department of Procurement, Fleet Management, recommends award in the amount of $99,825.00 to Hertrich Fleet Services, Incorporated of Milford, Delawarei in accordance with Section 41-25 oft the Harford County Code. Mr. Fleming presented Solicitation No. 25-287 on behalf of Tiffany Fitzpatrick; One (1) Ford F-450 Utility Body with a Mr. Leroy Fleming from the Department of Procurement, Fleet Management, stated that this proposal is for the purchase of one (1) Ford F-450 Utility Body truck with a crane. The Fire Hydrant Technician will use the crane truck tor remove, repair, andi install heavy casti iron fire hydrant assemblies efficiently and safely. The crane truck will allow for greater flexibility for service repairs in locations with limited access and will permit resources and manpower for other service requirements.
