PCR 24-05 FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE PRE-APPROVED ROOFING MATERIALLISTAND Commissioner Wright moved, seconded by Commissioner Brody, to adopt Resolution No. PCR 24-05 approving the Pre-Approved Roofing Materials, Colors, and Application List with amendments to the first precondition listed for composition shingle roofing material on page 3 (under the "Applicability" subsection), which consist of the following: (I) to replace the term "property" with "structure," and (2) to clarify that the exclusion for accessory dwelling POLICY UPDATE units (ADUS) specifically applies to ADUS 800 square-feet or smaller.
