Commissioners met with EMA/911 Director Brian Barton to review changes to his 2025 Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve Resolution 9 of2024, Temporary Burn Ban No. 9 of 2024, The Regulations of Outdoor Burning in Fulton County" to take effect starting Thursday, November7 7,2024 starting at 9:00 a.m. and lasting until December7, Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve the revised "Fulton County 9-1-1 Communications Policy on Certifications", ,effective immediately. Motion by Commissioner Wible to approve the Sheriff Request Form for Inmate Motion by Commissioner Bunch to enter into Executive Session at 9:15 a.m. for Legal Motion by Commissioner Hann to exit Executive Session at 9:45 a.m. Allinf favor. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to enter into Executive Session at 10:10 a.m. for Motion by Commissioner Hann to exit Executive Session at 10:32 a.m. All lin favor. Commissioners met with CFO Mike Lamb with Wessel and Co., and Fiscal Administrator Sue Reed. Lamb presented the Commissioners with a 2nd Draft of the 2025 budget for review. The next meeting will occur on November 19, 2024 to seek verbal approval from the Commissioners on the final draft budget. An ad stating that the draft budget will be on public display beginning on November 26, 2024 will be sent to the Fulton County  $40,344.68 and $37,141.31 respectively. All in favor.
