LANCASTER COUNTY BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES November 13,2024 The monthly meeting oft the Board of Assessment Appeals was held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Conference Room on the 3rd. floor of the Lancaster County Offices located at 1501 North Queen Street. The following members were present: Richard G. Cornogg, Chairman Linford L. Good J. Scott Ulrich Kevin Edwards, Director of Assessment John Tierney, Operations Manager Also present: Melvin E.
