James to provide updates to The Commissioners met with Chief Assessor, Michelle Sowers to discuss an upcoming Taxi Appeal. The Commissioners met with Karen Hann McFadden regarding CDBG matters.  the Board.  Motion by Commissioner McCray to authorize Chairman Ulsh to sign andi to approve thes submission to DCED the exempt status determination form for the 2018 CDBG Competitive Program Administration. Motion by Commissioner McCray to authorize Chairman Ulsh to sign and to approve the: submission to DCED the annual environmental review reevaluation, formj for the McConnellsburg: Sewer Authority - Cloverleaf Court sewer The Commissioners met with Solicitor Kerlin, Sheriff Stains, Chief Probation Officer Miller and Sgt. Cummings  line replacement, project for the 2018 CDBG competitive Contract.  regarding inmate transports.  The Commissioners' then met with Sheriff Stains regarding officer matters.  Motion by Commissioner McCray to authorize Sheriff Stains approval to purchase a 2007 Ford E350 Van for Prisoner Transports' from All Things Automotive in the amount of $12,068.64. All in favor. This purchase was approved and budgeted for ini the 2019 Budget for the Sheriff's Department. The Commissioners also signeda document authorizing!
