Bingham, City Clerk  5p.m.  I.  CALL TO ORDER  Chair Harold Shinn called the Meeting to Order.  II. ROLL CALL  Harold Shinn, Sergio Monzalvo, Schuyler Clark, and Stephe Koontz were present. Members Doug Edwards and Sam Kok were absent.  III. APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA  There was a motion to approve the September 24,2024 Meeting agenda. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES  There was a motion to approve the June 11, 2024 Meeting Minutes. Resia/ Lotus Grove- Request to amend Project Timeline in Memorandum of Understanding. Presented by Benjamin Brooks,  Attorney, Smith, Gambrell, and Russell.  Mr. Brooks provided an update on the memo regarding the request for more time. The Memo would grant Resia the requested 90 day time amendment.  Mr. Brooks answered questions from the Board. 09.24.2024 Downtown Development Authority Meeting Minutes    There was a motion to approve the amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with Resia and the $120 million investment amount. Agreement for the Provision of Financial and Support Services to the City of Doraville Downtown.  Cecil McLendon, Authority Attorney provided an overview of the item. The Board provided feedback on the support of the agreement with the There was a motion to approve the Intergovernmental agreement for the provision of financial and support services to the City of Doraville Downtown  City of Doraville. Mr. McLendon  Senior Planner, City of Doraville. answered questions from the Board.  There was a motion to approve the application with the following amendment: Page 2, adding item H, "the applicant shall disclose any prior awarded incentive agreement they may have received from a local government and item I, "the applicant shall disclose if they have ever defaulted on an incentive deal awarded  by a local government. The Board discussed the timeline and payment structure. There was a motion to approve amend the project timeline, the payment structure will be deferred to payment structure to a later meeting.
